Prices do not include GST when necessary or postage. 1. Shipping Method: All orders sent within Australia are sent by Registered Post, and require signature on delivery. A standard minimum $15.00 freight applies within Australia, additional freight charges will be incurred for heavy/bulky deliveries as well as deliveries to rural and remote locations within Australia. This will be clearly displayed in your "cart" prior to completing your transaction. Artworks are usually delivered within 10 to 14 working days, within Australia depending on stock, this may take longer for International or remote areas. All orders sent overseas are sent via Express Courier International or Australia Post and will often require a signature on delivery. 2. Buying for a gift: If you are purchasing as a gift to be delivered to someone else, please make sure you have provided your own contact email & phone no. correctly. This will allow us to contact you if there is a problem, as we don't want to ruin any surprises!!!! 3.Delivery Delays: If there is a delivery delay for your purchase or we are out of stock, we will advise you within two working days. 4. Your Account: We will provide a secure online shopping experience, but if you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own account & password & for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. Please be aware that International deliveries are subject to opening & inspection by customs authorities. 9.Returns & Refunds Policy: Please choose carefully as we do not refund. We ensure our goods are packaged well, but if for any reason you receive damaged goods, we will replace your order. When you return the damaged goods you must pay for the freight, and we must receive the goods back in the original packaging within 7 days.
